Anyone else think an Eminem and Pink collab

Would be really good? I like her whole steez, she has a lot of Em qualities besides the farting+burping. The whole rebel image, good humor as well both being amazing song writers. I just got finished listening to 'I'm not Dead' and to sum it up in one word, amazing.

They could prolly make something work.

When Pink first came out with Can't Take Me Home, she was R&B to the fullest. She's signed to LaFace, which I think is mostly black artists. I remember watching her biography on TV, and just her whole story reminded me of Em. She had a shit home life, would run around at a young age and go to clubs full of black people, and she'd get booed at first when she got on the mic for being white, but once she opened her mouth and started to sing, she'd get applause. She was like a female singing version of Em.

Even though Pink has gone more of the pop/rock route (I really wish she'd put out an R&B type album again though. ), there were still comparision made when she made Stupid Girls, 'cause it was Eminem-esque since she made fun of pop culture and portrayed all these different chracters.

They both gave each other props on their careers. When Em did the EmTV TRL show, he chose Pink's video as part of the countdown, which was one of the two singers (the other was Aaliyah), and I remember Pink claiming that she had a crush on Em back in 2000 and dug his music and just whole vibe.

I'm not really sure how a collab would sound, but I just think the idea of two artists I really like and virtually similar making music together is cool.

I wouldn't say great "together", it wasn't a collab he just sampled her chorus.

A Pink and Eminem collab i don't see how it would work; Pink, for as much as she dresses up, is still a pop-wannabe who sings about men most of the time. Personally if Eminem does another song like that i'll start getting sick of hearing it.

lol yeah... and I remember seeing Pink in interview like back in 2000/2001/2002 around that time, and they talked about Eminem... she said she had a "crush" on her and when she met him, he actually was pretty shy in person (well, at least with her lol)... that's all I can remember right now, I mean damn, it was almost 8 years ago lmao...

and if they could find a good concept for a track, I think Pink and Eminem could fit well but I don't think it would happen... but like tru said, Pink kinda reminds me of Eminem a little.. at least back then, she had a similar attitude, and she also made a few deep/serious tracks about her family/life, so I think they could fit well together, but it could also be kinda awkward if not done properly
