He has a daughter, and he is asking Marshall to tell Hailie, basically implying he wants their daughters to be friends. And since they made up--he no longer has too make songs to Move On from anything, to Move On from his relationship, move on from his dropped fame--That sorta thing, especially on a song called "Move On." It's just paying homage to Em
