Battle Eminem/Jay-Z In Album Charts ?

I said i read somewhere that somebody asked Jay-Z who he wished to battle with, and Jay ansered Eminem.

I searched on the net, cuz' some people were laughing at what I was sayin', and finaly found that interview.

Timbaland [...] " gotta go against my daddy," "I call [Dr.] Dre my daddy. [...] To make it be some talk, I gotta go against my big brother. He's my big brother. [...] I asked Jay-Z who he would go against. He said, 'The only person I would go against is my other homeboy: my friend Eminem.' "

So, like i said, First BP3 was suposed to be drop in December (like Em...), than pushed back till jan/feb (like Em...), and now he doesn't know (like Em) ...

Now I heard that Timbo is sayin' his album (Shock Value II) is commin' later this year (Q4) (Like Detox ?)

Of course this interview is from 2007, so things might changed, but still weird.

I ask the question again:

Can we expect a battle Eminem/Jay-Z and a Timbo/Dr. Dre in the album charts (super tuesdays)?

it would be good for hip-hop, and they are argubly the 2 most powerful acts in the game, but i would feel sorry for Jay-Z when Em slaugthers him in sales, especially worldwide

That would be dope as fuck. I hope it happens. I'd get TWO great albums in ONE day, and they'd both be NEW *stops capitalizing things*. Seriously though this would do wonders for both their sales. I said this already, but w/e. ALl the die hard Jigga fans would buy his album and all the die hard Shady fans would buy his album. They'd both go at LEAST platinum in the 1st week and put Wayne to shame. Em has a much larger fan base than Jay-Z seeing as how he's sold like twice as many records with half as many albums, but it'd be great.
