Eminem: Two New Albums This Fall

Rapper Eminem, who’s been off the season for a while, is coming back with a vengeance this fall.

I’m told he will release two new albums come September. They are tentatively titled “Relapse” and “Relapse 2.”

The first release should come after Labor Day, and the next one in later fall, maybe November.

A source working on the recordings told me, of course, that they were brilliant. “His poetry is like Edgar Allen Poe.”

The source also said that Eminem’s lyrics will “offend and insult some people.” No kidding, when haven’t they? On the other hand, Kim Mathers, his ex wife, is said not to be the focus of Eminem’s bile. That’s a good thing.

Talk of the new Eminem albums came at EMI Music’s big Grammy after party at SLS Hote, thrown in conjunction with Stand Up For a Cure, the cancer charity. Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Katy Perry, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, were just some of the celeb guests, as well as Sean Stewart (Rod’s son), Barbara Orbison (Roy’s widow), Donovan Leitch (the singer Donovan’s popular son), and comedian Chris Tucker.

"Eminem’s “Relapse” which was rumored to have been ready for release around Christmas 2008, is coming out this year, according to Universal/Shady music reps. But no official date has been determined. Well it seems possible with him having said he's done 100 songs, but not that close together, and I thought relapse was coming out this spring?

If this is true, I would rather him just take the best of each of those albums and put them together into one Relapse. He needs another classic album to go out in style.

well i guess more eminem songs is always a plus. but deff needs to change the name of the second if this is true. hopefully that means he wrote to many sick songs to make just one album, and i think the dates for release would be fine. after all lil wayne makes music faster than that unfortunitly and that got him at the grammy's. but i would like to see the relapse released in spring.

I love Edgar Allen Poe, and Eminem doing some ish like that.. Could be interresting if this were true.
And two albums dropped subsequently with small time frame in between...Could be interresting yeah, but I doubt it is true..
