I'm sure it's him because he had a back and forth with Budden. And for Royce to compare Relapse to Jay's Black Album must mean it's introspective and is back on top of his game. I remember hating The Gift and the Curse and when Jay followed that up The Black Album, that dispelled any talk about Jay "falling off."
