That`s definitely Eminem, i find it hard to believe a guy has 15 unreleased songs, that`s highly unlikely they wouldn`t have been uncovered!

if u research some info on the Basemint tapes ull find ut that eminems manager sold them on ebay - who knows maybe the person who bought them figured its about time he can cash in most on these tracks.
