beat level help

ok this is what i have done so far, im doing a remix of Hit Em Up by 2pac....the main beat is the beat it self with all the snare etc....

can some one look at it and tell me if that is fine, on my chorus i have 8 bars, where on 2pacs original it has only 4........or shall i get rid of it and keep it to 4....?

well its up to u. if u want it to be really good, u should make a 4 bar loop for the chorus

but can i have it as 8 bars for chorus? cuz i fink it sounds much better the way i have layed it out

a standard hook is 8 bars/8 lines anyway not 4.

yeah, and you can have as many bars as you want anyways... the first rule in music is: there's no rules in music... lol

just do what you feel is right

if u think that your 8 bar loop is good and u wanna keep it, u shud repeat the 4 bar hook to make it 8
