Right, as has been said there is Soundclick
Apart from that, sometimes people post beats in this audio section, so you could ask these people to make beats for you, either free or for a price depending on how they work.

And if you are willing to pay (IF) then there are loads of beat websites. Just google Rap Beats. If you're not willing to pay, then either Soundclick or ask around on the forum.

i dunno depends what type of beat your after.Dont pay attention to half the peeps on ere,they have 20 downloads and think they walk on water.Everyone has gotta start somewhere.Anyway if worse cums to worse pm me what your after,but im not online for a while so itll prolly be wiser to find yaself.
