anyone here can get signed if they really wanted to, what makes anyone here different from anyone on the majors, nothing, 99% of the people here don't have the confidence,patience and or seriousness to go big, go make 10 mixtapes/albums then see how you feel, and i mean ones you put 100% effort in,not those mixtapes u make in 2 weeks.

anyone can write a song in 10mins if they get into that roll, the same people who can write a song in 10mins, some other days might take them 2 hours to write a song,depends on the mood.

I suggest you know your target audience and who you want to get noticed by, ofcource your not going to get signed if your posting your songs only on a forum and nothing else, the people who say ' no one here has a chance ' , those people have no chance, its all how you take it and where you take your life career wise.

no one becomes big overnight, Dmx took 13 years to get signed.

Plus review wise, everyone reviews on the artists levels

say someone here does a song, gets 9/10

get a talib kweli song thats also rated 9/10

are those songs on the same level? , no . You rate people in class like separation,constructive criticism, if it was a global rating system no one here atm will get a song over 5/10 in true reviews.

And tash,accents are irrelevant, you keep going on about it, telling someone to change their sound is making them act fake, you cant change the way they sound, so rather than making a thread about what other people do, stop doing it yourself.

and for the beginners even if you suck ur accent sux ur lyrics suck all that will get improven in the future thats how everyone starts and even if you take like 30 years to improve ur still gonna improve and my opinnion is i wish more people grab mics and record that way hip hop would grow even more even if the shittest of shittest rappers hold the mix and record its still good for other rappers that way we get more feed more knowledge towards rap and everything thats good that comes with that but we also get retarts rapping but who really cares if you suck or ur good 1 way or other ur gonna improve no matter wat....wat you think 2 pac started spitting crazy rhymes wen he fisrt started he prolly sucked like a motherfucker wen he fisrt started but look at him now his a dead legend that no emcee or hiphop loving guy or girl would forget.

and i have most da songs downloaded to review later.. coz i atleast listen to it 2 or 3 times...
randys last review i gave .. i only listened to it once and while listenin i typed it ..

coz now that i listened to it again i could have given a better review.. especially to da the song ANTHEM...
dat song is a great song ..

I would have to diagree with nobdy can really make it here... in a matter of months I've been doing big things and it's because of a few people on this site that pushed me to move forward. Anything is possible
