I wouldn't compare old pros with new beasts you know? It's best to enjoy both.

Slaughterhouse. I had the album on repeat since it's release for about a year before I got bored for a while. It's just too damn good.

I agree.
punchlines and multies aren't everything,

I also agree
D12 are better on subject matter,

Em and (maybe) Proof are. As a whole, not so much.
delivery

No
flow

Definitely not.
ENTERTAINEMENT.

Subjective. Also, you spelled 'Entertainment' wrong.

Anyways, I skip everyone that's on a D12 song besides Em and Proof unless they kill it (I.E "Git Up") so I'm going with Slaughterhouse. They actually make songs I can fully listen to, and they definitely have more re-playability for me. I've played out Em's verses. Slaughterhouse is also more well rounded. If you take out ANY of the four members, you'd still have a dope group. Shit, if you take out 2 of the four members, it'd still be cool. If you take out Proof, I listen to D12 alot less. If you take out Proof & Em, I'll altogether stop listening to D12.

:worship:

cosign this.

and LOL @ lello even questioning SH's delivery, well crooked is a fucking nail biter with his shit, always on point

and royce is a fucking switch up master, going in his verse from melo to fast to shouty back to melo is quite impressive IMO

but nostalgia is what makes me go with D12

and kuniva and swifty are good lyricists.

Lyrically, Slaughterhouse might win (by a bit), but slaughterhouse are just boring though, punchlines and multies aren't everything, D12 are better on subject matter, delivery, flow and ENTERTAINEMENT.

Lyrically by a bit??? Aside from Em, Slaughterhouse slaughters everyone in D-12 lyrically lol.
:shakehead: I feel like you haven't listened to much Slaughterhouse, Lello.. But aside from subject matter & entertainment factor (which is subjective to the listener), Slaughterhouse>>>>>>>D-12. Plus, if you haven't, listen to rain drops, pray for me, & move on by Slaughterhouse.

So you're saying that Eminem is gonna make SH a good group? SH doesn't need Em for anything more than sales and beats. <----Not making them a better group, Eminem isn't the rap master/coach.

D12 is in no way shape or form...EVER, on any day, in their dreams or in the afterlife touching Slaughterhouse. SH is better in EVERY single aspect of rap. Flow, delivery, punchlines, rhyming, content (yes content), etc...

Devil's Night is a great album but Good Die Young, Git Up, 6 In The Morning, APII & How Come are the only good songs on D12 World.

Slaughterhouse no contest.

You obviously haven't heard Slaughterhouse if you're comparing them to Young Money :facepalm

D12 has 1 amazing rapper (Em), had 1 great rapper (Proof), 2 good rappers (Swifty & Kuniva), 1 decent rapper (Mr. Porter) and one of the worst of all time (Bizzare).

Slaughterhouse has 4 amazing rappers. No weak links.

And you say they're more "fun" to listen but that's opinion. I'm saying technically, from a technical aspect D12 has NOTHING on SH.

:facepalm. When people say that underground acts are "lyrical, but lack entertainment", I can agree. I truely can. But Slaughterhouse isn't one of those acts. You just label them off as that because they happen to be lyrical and are being compared to D12 at the moment.
