Obie Trice get released by Interscope and I wonder why Em just didn't keep him on Shady Records and distribute him through that?

Shady Records is distributed through Interscope.
Interscope didn't really care about Obie since his 2nd album was a dud commercially, so his 3rd album was never going to see the light of day. Obie isn't like Cashis and won't take that shit, so he left.
If Em went independent with Shady Records, this wouldn't be a problem.
