Even when working with Em, Dre, G-Unit, whoever 50 fell way off. and the buzz an artist gets on the up and coming is never the same later on (besides maybe comeback albums I.E. Eminem)

50 dropped a dope album, two below average albums, and one shit album. Not to mention all the drama with people he is cool with just makes him look even worse, he had an MTV show completely flop as well as movies.

I'm not a 100% sure but I've seen numerous people say it's recent. It sounds recent. But, if it's not he's released some other quality material too. Hell, even his verse on Mean Mug was good.
