Now that I think about it, it's already Tuesday in the UK (where this interview took place). He wouldn't have said "it's coming out on Tuesday" if it was Tuesday, so the interview's not from today.

Therefore, the song's dropping today, not next week. HYPE THE FUCK UP.

And this is so typical 50. I bet his plan was do release a single in August or something, but he knows Rick Ross is dropping his album soon with that Dre and Jay-Z track. So now 50 is dropping his new single with Dre.
