He was when Pump It Up came out, and he will be again soon. His new album has some huge names on it and Slaughterhouse will make him bigger when their album actually drops.

This. But Skylar Grey isn't a big name, and Travis Barker wouldn't be a good signing for a hip-hop label. Also, B.o.B. isn't so big any more, he's kind of lost a lot of popularity since Airplanes. Shady should sign Schoolboy Q, even though I don't want them too. They would probably ruin his bright career future, however he is getting extremely popular, and can do everything 50 Cent did in 2003 except better and more lyrically. He also has more subject matter, and experiments with music. If Shady wouldn't screw him over, Schoolboy Q would be a great signing. Either that or Ab-Soul. Hell, they could sign Jon Connor (as long as they don't fuck him up). And once Budden is huge again, they should go for him (hopefully not screwing up his solo career).

Travis Barker solo is a hip-hop producer. He would be perfect for Shady. He already has the 3AM remix, Devil's Got a Hold, and Psycho White. His last album was 90% hip-hop. Skylar Grey can be a big name under a big label. She wrote countless hits in the past few years.

I know he's a hip hop producer but Shady doesn't really need a producer. It wouldn't do anything for Shady, it would be awkward actually. Also, Skylar Grey maybe a big name if she had different circumstances, but there's only one problem with that...she's still not a big name. Also, Shady doesn't make big names any more anyway.

I think it would great if joell has a solo deal aswell. even better if all four (joell, joe, crooked, royce of course) had one each. we would get an album from all of them. but interscope would have to back them up 100%. also not take forever to put material out.
