Good rhymes, good flows, predictable and boring subject-matter, same as always.

I'm getting really sick of hearing *guns / state of rap / women / cash / pun* over and over now.

They've got all the ambition in the world (as have many lately) to rap well in terms of execution... but where's the ambition to commit to theme or come up with great concepts now. Same old.

It'll be funny after the mountains of shit I threw on them but I don't know what you expect from them. You didn't like the poppy singles (me neither) and now you don't like this. Oh, I know what you'd like to hear: Rain Drops and Move Ons 24/7. And allegedly we'll get them on the album but don't expect all the bombshells as singles.

I didn't expect too much from this song maybe that's why I like it, but I usually prefer songs with unique beats. It's hard to make a hit from a song made hit by an other rapper. I don't really care about Nas so I like this one and it's way better than Throw It Away.

I like Juggernauts more than this though and it's possible that if they make some songs for the mixtape and people will go mad about them they probably will make last minute changes and some fan favorite joints end up on the album instead of the mixtape.

Crooked didn't shout him out, he basically called him out for not being in the movie lol.

Well, being mentioned is being mentioned. But that's coming from me, cause I know I'd co-sign a Slaughterhouse song no matter how shitty (I.E "Throw It Away") if I was mentioned.

Joell is so fucking dope!!
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

At the same burger stand where --- hang out
Now this is not a tape recorder saying that he did it
But ever since that day, I was lookin at him different"

StayWideAwake wrote:I think it's odd that (not calling anyone out) this song would be called bland. People hated my life and throw it away and kept saying (once again, not everyone) "go back to that underground lyrical shit, not this pop stuff...you sold out". I think this is the primary reason they quick put this mixtape together. Jump on some beats and just lay straight lyrical tracks to appease that part of their fan base. Now that they just spit crazy rhymes on simple, hookless tracks, people call it too plain and that slaughterhouse needs to be more diverse. I fully believe that the concept tracks will be on the album and right now they are just giving out what people asked for. Crooked I mentioned in an interview (can't remember where sorry) that people get mad when slaughterhouse does anything but drop 100 bars on a track and that people need to not put slaughterhouse in a box and ONLY expect pure lyrical tracks. Nonetheless, they come out with a fan fuled mixtape of most likely all hard rhymes. But now they are boring? Sorry I just needed to get that out haha

Their poppy tracks are bland and boring as well, only its embarrassing; it doesnt help that their poppy tracks also contained horrible hooks. They are bland cause they dont have interesting lyrics, Its about lyrics that make you go wow, or lyrics that feel real, not fast flows or meaningless multis.
