Most likely a joke or little temporary misunderstanding... I mean all of them go solo as well anyway it's not a good reason to quit a great act with a great deal with Eminem's label.
It's true 4 of them most likely have tens of reasons to argue every time they are in the same room but still unreasonable to quit SH at this time. I mean if he's stubborn & prefer to push his solo career, neglecting SH then I wish him Good luck as well but that's a huge mistake. All four of them, on their own stand on very little platforms & SH on Shady is a huge one. No comparison.

Nah man, not a chance... it is not the way it works, neither he's done enough to be part from such super group.
This kinda break up is gonna be pretty bad actually 'cuz their first album didn't have commercial success so they actually could lose their deal... there's always way more questions than answers when old members leave & new ones are appointed into hip-hop groups, esp. one of that caliber skills wise.

Wouldn't bother me if he left. He's better on his solo work anyways and I don't think he'd be 'losing out' on a 'great deal with Shady Records' if he did actually leave. I think it sucks as a record label (look at Cashis' broke ass, Obie ran the fuck away, Bobby Creekwater, Stat Quo, D12 disbanded and shit and both Yela and Slaughterhouse flopped so hard with their Shady debuts)
