Egyptian themed technical death metal

As fascinated as I am with Ancient Egypt...

... I can't say that mixing it with technical death metal is particularly clever.
I never cared about their gimmicks or ritualistic lyrics or ridiculous song titles. The historical and mythological aspects of Nile's music isn't why I listen to them.
I like Nile because of how talented they are, musically. Their riffs are all over the fretboard, with blazing solos to compliment them. They're pretty fucking heavy, too.
That's what it's all about, not psuedo Mesopotamian iconography and Sumerian execration texts.
Whatever.
