I know this is a broad term that encompasses many genres and subgenres (acid folk, psych soul), but I've been dicking around in different genres so just if you can recommend just about anything psychedlic I'd appreciate it.

I suggest buying Prince's Around The World In A Day and Parade. Great albums with songs that sound a lot like the song you linked.
