The Killers - Battle Born

This album is just phenomenal and probably my second favorite by them. They are my favorite band and third favorite artist and this album doesn't disappoint. Here's a few standouts, anybody else listen to to this album?

My least favorite Killers album. I am a long time fan and have been following them since Hot Fuss which is their best album in my opinion. I also have Sawdust and Flamingo which I think are both very good.

To me, this album was missing that Killers sound that is prominent on Hot Fuss and Day and Age. Sam's Town was a great rock album and for me, Battle Born is just not as good as any of them, perhaps with the exception of Day and Age. Day and Age had great lyrics and great vocals though. I love Flowers' voice but he didn't use it to his full potential, sacrificing his unique sound for "safe" notes.

I've only heard the single from this album that was on the radio, but I really like that song. I'm hopeful for the album.. I've always been a big killers fan.

I really could not stand the 2 albums after Hot Fuss (one of my favourite albums in general) and I guess I just didn't like the change. Does this have any Hot Fuss reminiscent songs?
