Honestly? I think the only ones that can last are Gaga and Bieber. They are the only ones with real talent. Now it will depend on how they will adapt themselfs as the years go by and the way music will change. At some point they will have to reinvent themselfs, it hapened to Madonna and MJ, the two GREAT ones. And on this point i think that Bieber will be the one with most difficulties, because Gaga has the ability to suprise and shock people. But only the future will tell.... Well assuming the world is not ending in 2012 of course

Out of the pop stuff out today I think Bieber and Gaga will be around at least another few years, Bieber got Usher behind him and that will help a lot and Gaga is just Gaga, whether you like her or not she's got some talent. Can't see Ke$ha being around long, honestly out of all the shit on the radio i'd rather hear anything than one of here stupid happy repetitive dance bullshit. Every song she's released that i've heard sounds just like the last.
