if You say that Nickelback, then you are entitled to your choice, but of course I feel really sorry for you, because you will not learn how to appreciate real music talent. I'm not saying that you can stop listening to Nickelback.

You feel sorry for me cuz of that? That is, by a nautical mile, the most moronic statement I'v heard so far. Who tha fuck do you think you are?

There are some people here that really need to get down on the ground when it comes to these stuff. Trust me, your opinion doesnt worth more than mine. So fuck off.

EDIT: Oh...and hi to you too.

& you can have your opinion Wic, just like I have mind & each one is equal...in case you were talking to me

Im not talkin to you, Chet. I know you listen to rock more than rap, and you know that music. And I wrote it wrong in my post before, Nickelback is one of the few "newer" bands I actually like listen to. Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Bryan Adams, Guns n Roses, Scorpions...this is what I trully appreciate. You say Nickelback has no originality...I know that. But despite that, I find some of their stuff really meaningful and great.
I have a very special taste when it comes to music. Sometimes I dont know why I like something, or why I dont like something. You wont find much people that enjoy listenin to Eminem and Frank Sinatra/Dean Martin almost equally.

But once again...to each his own.

i quite like some of Nickelbacks music...not so much because of their musical ability, rock isn't really my scee, well thats to say i prefer an accoustic guitar to an electric guitar.

The reason i think i do like it is the reason i like rap the most, the passion seems to flow through some of the songs very well, Dragonforce is another band that i find who's music seems to have emotion attatched to it more than many songs.

Hope that makes a bit of sense

JFK summed it up as good as anyone. How You Remind Me is like the only song by them i've enjoyed at least singles-wise cause that's all i've heard but they're an average band at best. I'll give them some credit they definitely know how to make a hit and get radio play but they're music is so generic whenever you hear it on the radio your just like another one of those Nickelback songs. As bad as they are there is plenty of other garbage bands getting play but they seem to receive the most hate.

A lot of their non-singles are actually rather cool... until Chad Kroeger opens his mouth. In my opinion (just to emphasise I'm not trying to attack anyone else's), they are one of the most soulless bands to ever create music and are the product of effective marketing rather than adept musicianship.
"Hyperwarp to Automator's crib and light the torch
They can't fight the force
Victory is ours once we strike the source
Enterprising wise men look to the horizon
Thinking more capitalism is the wisdom
and imprison all citizens, empower with rhythm
We keep the funk alive by talking with idioms"

Cause the shit I hear is crazy
But your either getting lazy or you don't believe in you no more
Seems like your own opinions, not one you can form
Cant make a decision you keep questioning yourself
Second guessing and its almost like your begging for my help
