My Chemical Romance - Danger Days

Well, I've had it downloaded since the leak, but I was listening to it again tonight and I got into a few more songs from it

Now, I know this band gets plenty of criticism, but I think they're a very talented group. During The Black Parade, they were my favorite rock band, and TBP is one of my favorite rock albums ever. So then this cd came out, and I'll be honest, I didn't like it all that much at first. But, now that I'm listening to it again, I found some more songs I can appreciate. Here's all the songs I like:

Na Na Na (for what it's worth, it's a kinda catchy, fun song)
Sing (a good ballad, in my eyes)
Planetary [Go!] (I don't like the hook/chorus at all, but all of the verses are good and catchy)
Party Poison (dope track, one of my favorites from this album)
Save Yourself, I'll Hold Them Back (my favorite off this album. Love the energy and the chorus is class)
Summertime (I listened to this song for the first time tonight. I thought it was very good, slower than the other songs, but slower doesn't equal bad)
DESTROYA (I just like it lol. Not exactly sure why)
The Kids From Yesterday (it's a nice little song lol)

So, that's a little more than half the album. 3 tracks are skits, though, so yeah...

Anyway, I think this album is alright, overall. It's good music if you wanna just drive fast lol. It's not even close to The Black Parade, but it's good enough. Hopefully they change it up again for their next album though, and not wait so damn long next time!

Ye It's a nice album. I always loved that stuff from 2006 with the black march; Shit was banging.
