1. Nirvana
2. Alice In Chains
3. Bush
4. Stone Temple Pilots
5. Breaking Benjamin

Way too many to list but pretty much anything from the 90's i'm good with. I see a lot of love for Linkin Park but I think their last two albums were garbage that's just me.

I am too, it's my favorite non-rap album EVER after Backstreet Boy's Millenium

it's a piece of art, but people bring it down cause they are expecting a rock group to rap all the time

I love it. No one else is making an album of the obliteration of the world by an atomic bomb but just cant defend it as well as he does.

Yeah, and people could even add Linkin Park to that group but for rap fans, its hard to differentiate Metal, Hard Rock, Rock-pop etc etc Anything with guitar passes as rock :smoking:

Hard question, since there are so many different kinds of rock. To make it easier for myself I'm going to exclude post-rock, folkrock, singer/songwriter rock and any other kind of weird cross-genre rock.

Interpol
Kings of Leon
Joy Division
Radiohead (I can see where people find this 'weird cross-genre rock'
The Strokes

This is no specific order and not my favorites at the moment, I barely listen to them lately.

My Chemical Romance (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_Chemical_Romance) Genres: Alternative rock, pop punk, post-hardcore

They're not really rock, I don't care how Wikipedia defines it, they make teen-pop music

In my opinion Muse is definitely rock, they do like to cross into some genres but the overal sound is rock to me. I know there's alot of hate towards Muse, but Origin of Symetry is a classic.
