Stan (Live at Grammys)

worth commenting on this classic song

I like the way Eminem wrote this, in the form of a fan letter to an idol, the story is really good and sad at the same time. this performance is great, eminem is like get mad as the stan in some verses.

... "I love you Slim, we could have been together. Think about it.
You ruined it now, I hope you can't sleep and you dream about it.
And when you dream, I hope you can't sleep and you scream aboutit.
I hope your conscious eats at you and you can't breathe withoutme."

This was epic. At the end, Em flips the bird to everybody, and Elton taps him on the back like "it`s ok, let it all out, you crazy Shady."

And Elton was dressed in table cloth for hippies.

But the performance was great, they nailed it.

Great performance. Took guts for both of them to do that.

Not much to say about this song, it's a masterpiece. The message of the song is timeless and is put so rhetorically well.

I've always wondered why Elton John ever picked up an Eminem album back then. Seriously, he is the last person I would have expected to do that.

I hope they'll make a track together some time in the future. Imagine having Elton John on an Eminem album, that would be like making it bigger than just hip hop.
