I don't agree, I like it a lot...he sounds kinda lazy and uninterested because of the drugs, that was his HEAVY drug period before he overdosed. It's an insult to say that this song is one of the worst songs of any genre, because there are some truly horrible songs, and this one isn't among them. I enjoy his vicious honesty and his flow.

So i been following this forum, being a hard-core Eminem fan.. but was too lazy to register and start posting stuff...but after reading this thread.. i had to.

First thing is the OP is dumb... you don't get music... if you did you wouldn't be saying that...
the whole lazy thing u talkin about is the way Eminem wanted it to be...

as u can see the attitude that he creates in this track is of a sarcastic kind.... sorta like... ' i dont even care now, cuz im the best, no ones in my league, so fuck ya'll '.. that kinda attitude... for Eminem to make gud songs he doesn't always have to have a aggresive attitude in a track.. and he has proved that with GOAT...

really you gotta feel the song... he ain't drunk or nothing... the pace is too fast for a man to spit while drunk...

but anyways just letting ya know man.. the track is sick.. and certainly one of my favs from these bunch...

i also love All She Wrote (solo).. SICK LYRICS. specially the polar bear part had me ... and actually i like all the songs in their own ways.. being a Em fan.. whatever he puts up is the shit for me....

I think everything you said minus the part about ASW is completely wrong.

He didn't want it to come off lazy sounding. Just like he didn't want numerous songs post -04 to sound like that. It was simply him being lazy. He didn't want to sound like that.

That attitude he has may or may not be sarcastic, but that doesn't even matter. The reason he has the attitude in the first place? 'Cause he's doped up. He's bitter, he's depressed.

And as for being drunk....wtf? It doesn't matter if he's drunk or not either. He was cracked out of his mind non-stop around this time period.
