I think its freakin awesome. Last 3 tracks on the album were my favourite and all seem pretty underated.

I've seen you and I think a few others use my username and EminemInsider, with a slash - implying we're the same person? you do know that we aren't right... ?

Or were you just using that instead of 'or'... ?

Just checking, as I think some people think we're the same person. We're not.

Na, not at all... you not the same person. Just that ya'll dont come here often and when you do- the debating styles are similar. In a good way.

Personally just don't like it. One of my least favorites on Relapse.

Don't mean to bump an old thread but I have to say this is one of my favorite songs of all time, I wish he would do more like it, with the epic orchestra and choir... the ending kinda fizzled out though.

Definitely. I hate using the word but, it's fucking epic. Perfect word to describe it really, sounds big and 'holy' and weird lmao.

It's kind of weird, in a good way. And probably the way it is due to the fact he can't really sing but can do certain notes and so does a ridiculously high note, to get the most out of his voice in some way. And creates a kind of dark, strange, choir like chorus with it.

I didn't know it was Em at first. I remember first hearing it and thinking it was cool and big, and then I listened properly one day and noticed it was him and thought, how odd. And cool. He should do his own hooks again, sick of samples and singers doing them for him.

I think it's partially because he likes to evolve and get better and bigger, and that he probably feels rap choruses are underwhelming now, and due to the fact he can't sing properly there's only so much he can do. So he'd probably rather employ people who can sing properly to make the song bigger. But even still, wish he'd stop doing that now.

As for the song (to OP), I wouldn't say the rhymes are forced but I'd say that the thoughts are. I definitely think he tried to do a "Criminal Pt. II" with this. Problem is, a lot of the stuff doesn't resonate which is why you get this subconscious impression that it's 'forced' when you hear it (I think). As... he's being so assertive and saying these lines like they're really going to hit home but much of them are kind of arbitrary and not as funny or hard-hitting as intended. Overall I like the song. But would actually say it's overrated. By Em fans.

This is probably my favourite song on Relapse. I wonder if we'll ever hear Insult to Injury?

Untitled, definitely, On Fire? That's a stretch.

Both are really impressive battle tracks though.

Definitely better than On Fire, one of the best Relapse songs. Dope hook, and the most important thing: no accent.

I'm really surprised that you love this song.

I don't understand that it was eliminated in 9th round in Relapse game.

Not sure if I'm loving it, that would be a bit exaggerated. It's okay.

It's kinda like a double meaning with the word "underground" too. He said this song was taking it back to the hip-hop shop, or the underground, so to speak. That's why he raps randomness. It's like battle rap.
