I like the beat to Won't Back Down too, it's a good beat. Yeah you're right, you can tell Em is a huge rock fan, it's evident in his beats. Two of his most critically acclaimed songs (Sing For The Moment, Lose Yourself) have beats that are rock inspired and in the case of Sing For The Moment, it even samples a rock song.

Rock-esque beats rocks. WBD's beat is awesome, along with Session One and Almost Famous (Which feels a bit Grunge-ish)

Elements of other music in Rap is a good thing, other than what most people on this forum think. "Beat got Dubstep elements = POP!" .. I'm not a fan of Dubstep music but Technicians and Who Gon' Stop Me are both awesome.

Fusion genre's are always welcomed. And everybody can make them sound great without selling out lyrically or musically, Distant Relatives proved that theory pretty well.

I agree, we should always welcome genre fusions. The rap/rock is by far my favourite, some of my favourite songs have came from rock inspired beats. I'm not even a huge rock fan but I do some such as Aerosmith.

My mate likes dubstep, I just can't stand the beats. From what I've heard (and yeah, it may differ from song to song) the beats are all over the place, I just don't enjoy listening to it.

I'm a fan of rock and rap, so I love Won't Back Down.
anyways, I thought Encore was Ok, and Big Weenie had some funny shots at Benzino, but for an Em track it isn't so good.
The title track ( Encore ) was great and I was like "you know what? this is a good ending track, I think that I'll forgive the dissapointing tracks earlier in this album, it ain't that bad!" but then they had to end with the Robo-Shady-Murder-Suicide :(
Anyways, I hope we can all get along, stop fighting, and respect each other's opinions, 'kay?

Not to forget the live version of the songs also have that Rock-ish feel to it and it's actually better sounding .

Apart from that the "3 A.M" & "Forever" [Remix] were awesome .

Hunh! it's better than the original ,even though i respect your opinion ,i must say that the Remix only added more energy to the whole track ,nothing much .

The org beat was the standout thing that added the Darker tone to the whole song ,the deep Piano rendition was a fitting to the theme aptly .

This song is like a big bad joke.

Just listened to it again. I've never really hated it, it's pretty funny to listen to every now and then.

If you're the only one who like the beat than we're not haters, you're just .. well let's be friendly, different.
and really dumb.

It's not a funny song, it's a shitty ass song and everyone who likes it is stupid. It's not my opinion, it's a fact. I don't care about the "it's just an opinionzzz" thing, this is just a shitty song.
