I agree a lot with what you said, just a few things I don't get.

A lot of those "features" you mentioned disliking are actually samples. So, chalk that up to production.

As for hating Eminem bashing Relapse, you need to look at it from his perspective. I don't think he's bashing its lyrical display, content, rhyming and especially not Dre's production. He's bashing it because it represents a horrible period in his life. He wants to put it behind him. So even if he is rapping better on that album (which I believe he is), he's feeling better on Recovery.

Also the album having no intro is one of my favorite things about it. It's like he got in the studio and just said "Alright. Let's cut the bullshit."

Ok. You're right there. I don't have my physical copy with me so I should have looked that up before mentioning it.

I don't see how you can come to that conclusion, though. It's not specific at all. Not to mention all the metaphors on the album; He really could mean anything by that. Plus he arguably contradicts it on "The Reunion" on H:TS.
