I actually had read that book, only to find out from an interview with Eminem and Kim that the author really wanted Eminem for herself, so she exaggerated a lot of the bad things about Kim to make herself look like the "obvious choice" for Eminem. Kim even said that "Jenny" asked her to have a threesome with Jenny and her husband and was upset that Kim declined.
