These Wayne Vs. Shady threads are getting old, so I'mma just speak my mind real quick here.

No doubt is Eminem bigger than Lil Wayne overall, even LilWayne4Life can't say otherwise, but during the last couple years, Lil Wayne has made a huuuuge impact in the music business. He's been doin' his thing for a lot of years now, but only "recently" did he blow up like a fucking a-bomb in HipHop. Eminem, on the other hand, smashed the scene to pieces the minute he dropped SSLP, and he has managed to stay relevant and partly on top for his whole career (with Encore and Relapse as exceptions, even though they did pretty well in sales). They're both incredible artists in their own ways, but so fuckin' different, so it's impossible to compare the two fairly.

I didn't like Weezy at first, good thing I met a girl who got me into his shit, now I'm a fan and I consider him to be a really great artist. But I'm always gonna be a bigger fan of Shady than a fan of Weezy.

You don't need to state you hate Lil Wayne in every thread related to him, and there's absolutely no need to keep on making these kind of threads. People will always have different opinions and these discussions about who's the better rapper will never be settled, so let's just drop it.

I just wanted to say this, because it's been on my mind for a while now, and I find this thread to be a good thread to say it in.

I just think YM is a sell out company when it comes to music that's y they're kinda popular than SR. Nowadays u don't need real music and dope lyrics to b sick artist.. all u need Autotune. Good thing Em and some artist are still around to save the industry/ hiphop

Em's prime was 99-03. What the fuck has Wayne created that can even be mentioned in the same breath as those three albums... Nada.

I was going to say some of the stand-out songs, but fuck it. Those three albums > anything Wayne's done. Also, Em's already slaughtered Wayne on three tracks. Make as many excuses as you like, it's three for three. When will you cheesy Wayne fans learn, he cannot hold the same mic Marshall can.
