I agree! I've analyzed Wayne's verse in No Love, and found out he may be gay. Let's take a look at it:
"And my night stands... Are full of open bubbles" he raps. Think about it, do open bubbles exist? Nope. So his night stands are none-existing, in other words, he has never had sex with a woman. A superstar like him should be able to get a girl, so why he is a virgin is a mystery to me. The only logical answer I can find is simply that he's gay.

This may also explain why he hates Em, as our dear Marshall is pretty homophobic.

I realized this when I analyzed No Love. Right before Em's verse, Wayne says:
"And I don't need you... Get Em!" It's not hard to tell that this "you" is Eminem himself, and the next part is pretty self-explaining. Wayne is commanding his henchmen to get Em. Basically he is screaming "Fuck you, Eminem. Okay henchmen, you can kill him now."
