Renegades (Original) Royce verse VS. Em's Dead Wrong (Verse)

so I downloaded the original Renegades track, yah kno, just cause I wanted to hear how Em had changed from this version to the newer version with Jay. (not very)

and, whoa!!!

Royce's opening verse sounded way hella familair.

and, of course, I could place it right away.

it's as if Eminem stole Royce's verse on this unreleased track and switched up some of the lyrics and put this newly refreshed verse on the Biggie track Dead Wrong (Remix) with P Diddy

which, happens to have been released the same year the oriignal Renegades was recorded.

I know that Em and Royce had a falling out around this time, (Idn when exactly) but I'm curious as to what Royce thought of this.

I'm just wondering if anyone has any info on this????
