I was just looking through the book, and I noticed a scanned lyric sheet towards the beginning. The lyrics are as follows: (I'll type it just as he wrote it out)

The caption says the following:

"I never used these lyrics for anything. I was paying homage to old-school hip-hop. 'The Message' was one of the first songs I heard when I was getting into rap. Where it says, 'I like that / I'm only as crazy as people made me,' I think I meant to say, 'I'm like that,' but I always write in a hurry."

These are the lyrics to his verse in What The Beat by DJ Clue, himself, Royce, and Method Man.

I guess this isn't really a question...I just found this and was puzzled.
