Does anyone know when this track was recorded?

It was released on DJ Kayslay's album in 2004 but the writing seems too good to be written during that period of time. I'm guessing it's a verse he wrote around 2003 and didn't use. Similar to that of Spend Some Time.

Some pretty good rhyming:

You think I'm dumb enough to roll with no security?
