I honestly cannot be bothered to listen to the song again and try and pick out every single one.

But there's an electric keyboard (the same as used in the beat of Nothin' On You by B.o.B). It's not actually a piano, despite Bruno playing one in the music video.

There's also some strings and synth-strings.

And there's synthesizers that come in during parts of the verses.

And there's the usual hip hop percussion, like snares and kicks.
