almost famous talks about him coming up in the rap game wanting to be famous. you want an almost famous 2 you said. he already made that. Who Knew. talks about how when he blew up how he didnt expect all this crazy shit thrown this way. so it is your almost famous 2

But in Who Knew he was just addressing the controversy that was coming his way off the back of The Slim Shady LP. He hadn't even come close to being anywhere near as controversial as he would soon become after the release of The Marshall Mathers LP or the immense fame he had to deal with on the back of TES and 8 Mile, so the stuff he talks about on Who Knew is very limited and is him addressing certain issues he was being hit with at the time. If you're gonna say that Who Knew is like an Almost Famous Part 2, you could say the same thing about Say Goodbye To Hollywood, White America or virtually any other song where he is talking about him being a controversial artist or looking at his own life. But the fact is, none of them are a part 2. Almost Famous has a more specific concept... him rapping in the past tense as he analytically looks back at that time in his life over a three year period as the pieces started coming together and the transitions between Infinite and the Slim Shady LP were made and his Slim Shady persona developed out of anger and resentment. It's a great storytelling song. What's more, he ends the song just as he got signed and started recording the first album, leaving space for a sequel. I see what you're saying, but Who Knew isn't anything like an Almost Famous part 2.

You can't really do a sequel to that though. It'd be the same concept again.

Well yeah. i'd like the same concept but it would be funny to hear different & new scenarios.

I've always thought a Guilty Conscience part 2 would be good.
It would be interesting to see how Em (& Dre) executes it.

You can't really do a sequel to that though. It'd be the same concept again.

I believe you can make a part two, yes it will be the same concept(in a way) but they'll do it in scenarios that can relate in recent times

Cinderella Man is already a bit like Till I Collapse 2.

I know I thought of that, but I can see him replicating the CM theme on more than one song before his career is over.
