Question About Get Rich Or Die Trying

In the movie 50 cent's Get Rich Or Die Trying me and my friend were watching this film last night cause we are both 50 cent fans, & we just wanted to watch a movie so we decided to watch this one. Anyways, we were discussing this part in the film were fifty gets out of his car and he says, "I have it all, but there is just something missing" and it shows a picture of him and this black girl, so I said he is missing his girlfriend and my friend says that he is missing his mom, & we kept arguing back and forth about it. So is he right was it his mom that is missing in his life of course it is or it might be because she got killed in the beginning but he was also missing his girlfriend or his best friend from when he was a child, so discuss what was he missing at that point in the film his mom or his girlfriend.

This reminds me of my friend insisting that the little girl in 8 Mile was Em's daughter, thinking it was based directly on his life. We argued for like a half hour about it. He even said when Rabbit's getting mugged, she's shouting "DADDY!" through the window.

He still won't admit he's wrong. And it still frustrates me. I'm tired.
