It's a generic pun implying revenge.
He says he's been 'sipping on some of that revenge juice', then says 'wolf down the spaghetti' which is a phrase; then obviously saw a pun opportunity with 'ghetti' and 'get-even' and it linking in / tying up the 'revenge theme'. I don't think it has anything to do with people complaining about his food lines. It's just a pun about revenge that happens to involve a food item as the opportunity arose when he used it.
