Well I wouldn't say it 'doesn't make sense'...
He's implying there will be some kind of sexual and/or murderous clean-up, hence 'please be warned' not to ask what it's for / given his character - implying it will be some kind of blood or cum clean-up, but it's a clever comedic line in that he leaves the concept of whatever it's for as undefined, but just IMPLIES that it's for something untoward. Much more like his vintage humour.
