It would have the impact. He still would be the first mainstream white rapper with a psychotic mind frame. But its been so long, and he's influenced so many other rappers it would be really hard to tell. Plus in the late 90's there was a generation of misunderstood kids that we really don't see today that this album really spoke to, so I have no clue. Its back and forth with me.

if we got the SSLP now,and its Em's first album,definitely

people want different,look at the praise Kendrick Lamar gets,it will be triple that if its Eminem,and NOTHING is like The SSLP

Doubt it, it sounds outdated to me but he would be praised if he came out today with TMMLP imo
