All these lines are attempting to do is highlight the manic, schizophrenic nature of the Shady character Eminem created.

"Fucking mad dog, foaming at the mouth
Fuck mouth, my whole house is foaming at the couch"

Clearly this is trippy imagery to illuminate the crazy mind of Slim Shady. It is only nonsensical when perceived as a normal, clean thought process.

Oh no, I got those lines that I listed (they just seemed to fit the criteria of the lines everyone else was posting).

I didn't get the foaming at the couch one, other than it being a play on "foaming at the mouth".
