Also there's this stereotype in Germany about welfare bitches giving their children English/American names and often it isn't a stereotype but a fact. Here's a very cute tumblr blog that focuses on the type of names GERMAN parents (often without any American/English/Australian etc background) give their children. These children also turn out to be high school dropouts and experiencing teenage pregnancy themselves.
