MMLP 2 - Features

You guys are killing me complaining about the features. All I've heard about is how badly everyone wants a Kendrick and Eminem song. YOU GOT ONE. I don't know how many posts I've seen about 50 cent, Slaughter house, D12 ect.

" I would like to address everybody complaining about the features. Those of you complaining about how he doesn't have any "old school, MMLP features" are being ridiculous. You're telling me that you want Xzibit, Dre, Snoop, etc on this album. Yes, the Xzibit that Em doesn't talk to anymore (listen to Xzibit's last album), Snoop who is now reggae, and Dre whose verse would no doubt be written by Eminem, who all of you constantly complain about his lyrics.. sounds like those would be great features."


Someone said that on SL. And it's a great point. I'm so sick of hearing the same type of songs from these washed up guys. Em has been really loyal to his people, more so than a lot of artists. That doesn't mean he's obligated to put their mediocre bullshit on every album he makes.


Kendrick, is something new and fresh. Nate Ruess, something new. And he has a couple people he's worked with before, none I'm too crazy about, but it might be OK.


I'd rather have Kendrick on there than 50 cent trying to convince us he's still street. Dre telling us Detox is coming or Slaughterhouse trying to aggressive shit rap us into thinking they are something more than D12 with down syndrome.

Em has spent years on this. You guys are worrying about this album so much, I think most of you would be better off not even listening to it. The point of music is to enjoy it. To get something from it. All you guys get is stress and anxiety and anger out of it, or so it seems.
