My opinion still stays on Survival being blah. But Berserk was great and this....Rap God... This is just fucking amazing! Excellent beat I think. Its simple and not all over the place just like I wanted. His flow lyrics and confidence is through the roof on this track. I honestly feel like I was dissed on this track thats how good it was. I was the first to dismiss the tracklist for this coming album due to features and I take back it all now. Wow. The columbine line (which is my favorite line from MMLP) was fucking perfect. Executed very well. Having this track as number 9 is great due the the remember me reference in the beginning. Oh man. My Stan level is higher than ever at the moment. Where I stand right now is this CD will be a 2013 Marhsall Mathers just letting go about current music & current events. I completely understand why the album is names what it is.

I wasn't sure about Survival & Berzerk too. They are both songs I could totally live without and weren't all that impressive. But now with Rap God, damnnn.

As long as Survival & Berzerk are the worst songs on the album, I'm so hyped tbh.

I think this might be the case. lols. Im still worried about the features but. After hearing this I dont really care lol. This is fuckin dope.

i guess the whole "flowing album" "concept" "dark" "consistent" metric of what MMLP2 should be is out of the window. My main gripe was the name (which i maintain feels dated and desperate) but the music itself is actually really good.

After listening to Survival, Berzerk, and Rap God... I must say that I am beginning to understand what MMLP2 will be about. Survival definitely fits into the whole vibe the album is creating, and is it just me, or does the music video have different production? It sounds touched up. While I always liked the song, I was skeptical as to how it would sound on MMLP2, but I'm getting the bigger picture.

While the first MMLP was a reaction to people criticizing the content of his music, I think MMLP2 is a reaction to people that criticize him as a rapper and STILL don't give him credit even after all he's accomplished. He's poking fun at the new generation of rappers and listeners that don't acknowledge him as one of the greatest, he's going at critics that bash on him and claim he's washed up, he's going at his old fans that don't believe in him anymore, etc. etc.

I think it'll be a dope album tbh.
