Saw there that rolling stone has eminem at #83 on their greatest artists of all time list. Do you think that's a good achievement or should be rated higher? I believe he should be much much higher I mean he's sold over 220 million records worldwide had 3 classic albums and is an oscar winning artist. Tupac is #38 I think.

Artists need to mature or release a ridiculously good comeback album before topping lists like that.
Tupac would not be at number 38 if he was still alive and rapping when that list was made.

I don't inherently disagree with rating Em at 83. But you have to keep in mind that the Rolling Stone is extremely biased and narrowly defines all-time as meaning 1960's, British, and rock.
