Would each deluxe sale count as 2 copies?

I know when an artist puts out a double album, each sale gets counted as two copies. Would it be possible that the deluxe version of MMLP would be counted as a double album because it comes on two discs? I'm sure billboard and riaa have their own rules for what is considered a double album.

If track five have a Ken skit at the end separated by a loooong silence they could make it thirty minutes, but I don't know if that would count? :S
