Re-watching it for the 800th time, something I never understood, this conversation:
Janine: Was it because I said I was pregnant?
Jimmy: Come on Janine, I know why you said that bullshit.
Janine: I didn't know what else to do...
Why did she tell him she was pregnant? Obviously not to leave because she wouldn't be asking why he left, so why did she make up that she was pregnant? And if he didn't believe her why would he leave her the car?

I'd think to either see how he'd react or to have him stay. He left the car because he felt sorry for leaving.
