Y'all are wrong. He says Em and his evil twin (slim shady) are number one and two. Then Pac and biggie get the 3rd and 4th spot.

He first says that Pac and biggie are in his top 4, then he tells us he got an evil twin. After that, he asks the listener of the song: who do you think the 3rd and 4th spot for? Get it now? The third and fourth spot are for Pac and Biggie. This line is simply a way of telling he's the greatest of all time. He tells this multiple times in the same album.

This is exactly what I thought what I first heard it which is why I was like but this thread made me doubt myself lol.

Fresh corn on the cob (like with the giants leaves on it and shit) is called an "ear of corn." There's a long explanation of why it's called that that I won't get into because I don't know the details. But that's why he says this line.
