Question about the Home & Home concerts

Postby Never_Enough » Dec 10th, '13, 19:14

how did they work? I mean, Em and Jay both performed and each one of them had their own longass setlist: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Home_&_Home_Tour
Since they had two dates in each city, did Em perform on the first day, Jay on the second, and vice versa, or did they both perform twice? If so, how did they do that?

I don't know if I explained well what I'm asking.

No, 2 shows in each town and each artist headlined their hometown respectively.
Detroit: Eminem headlined both shows
NYC: Jay-Z headlined both shows

I was at the 1st show in NYC which was I think Feb 14th or something like that. The show I was at was like.. 5 hours long.. Some ignorant Stan tried to tell me Home & Home was one of Em's worst vocal performances ever.. I am pretty sure that ignorant Stan wasn't at any of the shows.. Shout out to NotalisThaGod or whatever his name is.. pure D-Bag

They both did full sets in each town with special guests in each town respectively.. It was sick.. probably the best show I have ever seen. I was like 10 rows back :worship:

One thing I noticed is Eminem seems genuinely surprised at how many people show up to his shows or something.. maybe it's like he has talked about it's a lot for him to absorb being able to see so many people that he couldn't actually see before.

So it was like... two concerts in a row? Like in NYC, Em's full set and then Jay's full set? What time did the show start then?

aha .. so now I'm being a douchebag because I'm stating the truth ? Listen to this, you'll thank me.

Just listen to Square dance how his voice gets hoarse or Kill you. Or just listen to Nuttin but a G thang, Sing for the moment, Patiently waiting, all the shady singles, and not to forget Lose yourelf. On Till I collapse the Backtrack was so obvioulsy louder than his voice. His voice was dying throughout the Recovery era. He took his rapstyle at that time and rapped with that voice the whole time on almost every track

You really posted a video from youtube as your proof as to how it was a shitty performance.. You're so credible.. it's insane. You're the GOAT bro.. you weren't there, couldn't afford to be there and have no idea how it sounded.. stay home watching youtube videos on mommy's internet. It's cool if you don't know what the fuck you're talking about just don't talk about it.

No it wasn't back to back performances they were seperate days.. I.E. NYC shows were on hte 14th and 15th, the Detroit shows were maybe like the 20th and 21st.

By the way it wasn't recorded in a studio and was not professionally recorded for TV or a live DVD.. why do you expect to know what the actual quality was.. you ever try to record a huge speaker on a handicam? Fuck outta here you ignorant bitch.

You are fucking kidding me, aren't you ?

That shit wasn't recorded with some handycam, it's the offical audio from the dvd that should have dropped. You can buy that shit in stores. And even if it was from a handycam, this is on some HQ shit. You can clearly hear his voice.

You are in big denial with this one, you can pick any performance from 2012 - 13. On every single one he sounds better. Just because you were there you know shit ? This is HQ and it proves you wrong. If it was recorded with a handycam, don't you think you wouldn't be able to hear it like in that version ?

Lol at me not being able to afford to go on a show. Like you would know. Funny as fuck.

And why are you calling someone a douchebag or ignorant if he's basically not agreeing with you ? I swear, you are only showing how stupid you are. But I do agree with one thing though, I am the GOAT.

It has nothing to do with you agreeing with me. You weren't there.. you're speaking on something you have no grounds to speak on. Something you know nothing of.

Keep going GOAT. Keep syphoning mommy's internet.
