Recovery's stand-outs (CWB, WTP, GTC, SB, CM + AF) aren't as unique or brilliant as Relapse's. And Relapse totally has its own sound and feel which is unique to hip-hop history... where as Recovery is just Em trying to conform to the latest trends, with 'hot producers' - demolishing any unique musicality and aiming for cheap pay off.

The ratings for Recovery and Re-Up are a bit odd, yeah, but he's not a "retard" for having his own opinion. I think maybe these were written when the albums dropped and that's why they might sound over-the-top excited. When I first heard Recovery, it was extremely fresh and unique sounding because it had been awhile since we heard Em's normal voice combined with good writing, but the replayability factor comes in heavily after you listen a few times. So it's just a "good" album and nothing more.

Re-Up is a decent mix of songs but it's nothing special. Some are great (No Apologies) and some are trash.
